Aims and Objectives

• To ensure we create an environment of mutual harmony, co-operation, love & affection amongst the residents of Prayag New Kolkata, 449/A/2, Grand Trunk Road, Mahesh Bose Para, Serampore, West Bengal – 712202 and to work towards the welfare of owners and residents of Prayag Association of Apartment Owners.

• To escalate serious matters with the competent authorities for common interest of the members to continue providing and or improving upon common infrastructure facilities in the area like Podium, drainage, roads, general and street-lights, scavenging, water and electricity supplies, sewage treatment plants, garbage disposal plants, water treatment plants, security systems , firefighting systems and the Club house facilities etc. Association of Apartment Owners.
